The Royal Iwere Foundation proudly concluded its inaugural EstablishHer mentorship programme – a groundbreaking, four-week initiative aimed at empowering 200 women entrepreneurs in Warri. Through targeted themes and expert-led sessions, EstablishHer provided essential skills and insights, inspiring women to excel in business and foster economic growth within their communities.
The programme began with “The Woman,” focusing on cultivating growth mindsets and leadership qualities to help participants break through limiting beliefs. In “Her Business,” women gained practical knowledge in business management, marketing, and customer service, guided by industry experts, including Hon. Folashade Adefisayo. Week Three explored “Her Legacy,” delving into topics like family dynamics and societal impact, with Delta State’s Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs, Orode Uduaghan, among the distinguished speakers. The final week, “Her Community,” highlighted collaboration, networking, and the role of women in shaping society.
The success of EstablishHer reflects the Foundation’s commitment to sustainable growth for women-led businesses in Warri. With support from partners like Coca-Cola Nigeria, Colgate, and Darling Nigeria, the programme has left a lasting impact, empowering participants to drive transformative change across their communities.
The Royal Iwere Foundation is excited to witness the achievements and positive impact these women will continue to create.
