Facilitated by the ever-dynamic Queen Murielle Michelle Jean, an established Integrative Applied Psychologist and Cognitive Behavioural Therapist with a heart for helping individuals and organisations thrive, Module 1 of the EstablishHer Entrepreneurship Fund was held on Saturday, 14 June.

The session, Breaking Internal Bias, exposed the participants to self-limitations as a result of deep-seated negative biases, dismantled internal barriers, strengthened confidence, and equipped participants with the mindset to overcome fear and self-doubt. Underscoring the necessity of a firm commitment to personal and professional growth, Queen Murielle admonished the participants:

“The inner critic in your mind is so loud, and the personal affirmation to yourself is so little. The more you learn how to build a celebration muscle for somebody else is the more you learn you learn to build a celebration muscle for yourself.”

This is EstablishHer; it is real transformation, building confidence and resilience, and breaking internal negatives, biases and weaknesses.
