This initiative was designed to empower, inform, equip, and ultimately transform young women in the beauty industry, and it was provided entirely free of charge.

The program was meticulously tailored with a robust scheme of work encompassing various topics and activities relevant to the beauty industry. Participants were exposed to various aspects of the field, including beauty basics, bridal looks, editorials, flawless application techniques, product knowledge, custom service, personal hygiene, the business of makeup, and strategic positioning within the industry.

By covering such diverse areas, the program aimed to provide attendees with a well-rounded education that would significantly enhance their professional skills and knowledge. From fundamental beauty techniques to more specialized areas, participants had the opportunity to expand their expertise and stay up to date with current industry trends and practices. It is noteworthy to note that sessions on the business of makeup and strategic positioning demonstrated a keen focus on the participants’ long-term career development. The program sought to equip participants with the tools and knowledge needed to thrive professionally by providing insights into these areas.
