Royal Iwere Foundation is the humanitarian arm of Their Royal Majesties, Ogiame Atuwatse III, CFR, 21st Olu of Warri Kingdom and Olori Atuwatse III, Queen Consort, Warri Kingdom Monarchy.

Position Overview: Strategic leadership and oversight for the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes at RIF. Supervises Project Leads to ensure alignment with RIF mission, donor requirements, and measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning and execution of programme activities across thematic areas.
- Ensure programmes are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and supervision to Programme Officers and Associates.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless programme delivery.
- Establish monitoring and reporting frameworks to track performance and impact.
- Review programme reports, data, and documentation for quality and compliance.
- Facilitate learning, reflection, and adaptation to improve outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies, donor requirements, and safeguarding standards.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in Development Studies, Public Health, Social Sciences, Education, Public Administration, Law, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- 5-8 years of progressive programme management experience.
- Experience leading teams and managing donor-funded programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit short and long-form videos for programmes, campaigns, reports, and social media.
- Develop narrative-driven video content highlighting beneficiary stories and outcomes.
- Collaborate with Communications and Programmes teams on scripts and storyboards.
