Overview
EstablishHER is a 6-month capacity-building flagship programme of RIF's women's empowerment strategy, which seeks to bridge the persistent gender gaps within the Warri Kingdom's entrepreneurial landscape. With over 67% of micro and nano enterprises currently male-led, the disparity in women's access to capital, training, and market opportunities remains a pressing concern.
Our programme directly addresses these barriers by providing zero-to-low interest loans and grants, alongside structured training modules in financial management, digital literacy, leadership development, and market linkage strategies.

Programme Structure
EstablishHER is divided into three key phases, each designed to build on the previous one and create sustainable empowerment:
Establish Her
A deep dive into psychological and identity reformation, trauma healing, purpose alignment, and legacy creation. This foundational phase is grounded in neuroscience, leadership theory, and the contextual realities of Africa.
Upscale Her
A business and digital skills training track that equips participants with in-demand tools for entrepreneurship, career advancement, financial literacy, branding, and innovation. This phase features workshops, sector-specific immersions, and hands-on business development.
Unleash Her
A strategic growth and access phase focused on capital, mentorship, policy influence, and thought leadership. Each participant will be connected to mentors, coaches, and opportunities that promote scale and sustainability.
Sustain Her
An alumni and sustainability track that keeps founders connected to resources, peer circles, and new market opportunities. Focused on scaling, resilience, and continuous learning.
